The Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA) is launching the Neighborhood Stabilization Homeownership Program (NSHP). This program offers purchase price assistance on foreclosed homes within Riverside County.

FTHB Program (FTHB)

First Time Home Buyer
Program provides downpayment and closing cost assistance.

FTHB Funds have been exhausted. As of March 1, 2013, we are no longer accepting applications. We anticipate we will begin accepting new applications in mid-July. Please check back periodically for updates.

MCC Program (MCC)

Mortgage Credit Certificate
Entitles qualified home buyers to reduce the amount of their federal income tax liability.

RHP Program (RHP)

Redevelopment Homeownership Program
The RHP program has been discontinued.

NSHP Program(NSHP)

Neighborhood Stabilization Homeownership Program
Provides purchase price assistance and home repair to qualified first-time homebuyer families for the purchase of foreclosed homes in target areas of Riverside County.
